Hello golfers and friends of CMGC! In the words of the famous Game of Thrones tv show 'winter is coming'. We have had to dig out the winter clothing and accessories and as the picture below shows we have even had the first frost of the year. One thing that did make me laugh however was that we picked up some extra mid week business last week for some local course being closed. If they are closed now best of luck to them in the winter!

Lodge development update

A huge thank you to everyone that came to the lodge open weekend, everyone that looked around it was very impressed with how spacious it is and of course the high end finish on the interiors and exteriors.

As mentioned we have sold the first lodge and 2 plots have been reserved so we are now ready to sell the show lodge. It is an absolute bargain with many extras thrown in ideal for you to use as a holiday home or why not rent it out and see a healthy return. It is a fantastic business opportunity for any entrepreneurs out there. Below is how in the next 5-10 years the development will look.

Wedding and functions at CMGC

Another weekend passes another busy time with functions at CMGC, last week we were proud to have James and Adele Boddey for their wedding reception. The room was immaculately decorated and the staff did CMGC proud with a fantastic service. Here is what the happy couple had to say..

Our online store just got better!

As mentioned last week Foremost Golf have had a massive upgrade on their online store. All of the top brands within golf are available and the prices are the same as American Golf as well as Direct Golf and on many occasions better. If you are not going to be home when delivery is due simply use the click and collect option and have it delivered to CMGC. By using this option you take the hassle out of online buying, if the product for instance does not fit Team CMGC will deal with the return.

Just incase you missed it…..

CMGC have been named official brand ambassadors for Stuburt golf not only that we are the first ever ones in the UK. Stuburt golf has taken off not only at CMGC over the last twelve months but also nationally. They offer top quality, fashionable products at fantastic prices.

We have really got behind the brand promoting it at a grass roots level and this led to Stuburt approaching us. After a meeting at Stuburt HQ in Salford and the Stuburt team visiting CMGC we all agreed that it was a match made in heaven.

Stuburt will be installing shop fittings, signage, fixtures and fittings and much more at CMGC. Our golf centre will be the only one like it in the UK. I will also be managing their social media channels and helping out where possible. Just last week I was at Harrogate on their stand offering an impartial view to other Foremost golf professionals.
